Looking for the Best Diet Plan

It is not going to be much fun for me, but I have been having doctors tell me that I need to lose a good bit of weight in order to get my blood pressure under control. It is not as though I am morbidly obese or anything remotely close to that, but my blood pressure is really high and nothing seems to work to keep it under control. At any rate I am looking at the reviews on nutrisystem because I think that I am going to get on a really serious diet. I do not like the idea of a meal replacement plan, but that seems to be one of the better options. I have started out with some other ideas, mainly trying to increase my walking. When I go to the store I park where the employees park, out by the road. That does not seem like much, but it is about a hundred yards each way at a big store like Walmart. If you do that every time you go some place, it is going to add up.

That is merely a way to start getting in good enough shape to be able to really exert myself. If you start out going too hard, then you are very likely going to injure yourself in the process. So for now I am taking the stairs a lot. It is four stories up to my office and I must go in and out of the building about half a dozen times each day. That adds up a lot especially when you add it to the parking as far away as I am. Of course the key thing is that you have to get a weight loss shake that you can stand to consume, or else it is just a big waste of money.
